Procedure Manual

The Procedure Manual is used to direct day-to-day activities of ODPH members, committees, and work groups.

The manual is reviewed and updated by the Executive Committee at least anually. New procedures will be communicated to the membership, committees and work groups, as needed. Input from the membership is encouraged.

This manual does not preclude the ODPH Constitution and Bylaws. The constitution and bylaws are opened for changes only, upon approval of the membership, at the Annual General Meeting.

For ease of reading, the Procedure Manual has been broken down into the sections below. Tables of Contents are found at the beginning of each section.
