Feeding Your Baby
This resource includes information to help parents and caregivers of babies six months to one year:
- know when their baby is ready for solid foods,
- how to introduce new foods and textures,
- foods and beverages to offer,
- feeding tips and more.
Feeding Your Baby was updated in 2021 by Ontario Public Health Agency (OPHA) in partnership with ODPH. This resource was transferred to ODPH by OPHA. ODPH does not have print copies available. Please contact your local public health unit, as some may have print copies available.
